The cooking directions called for the pie to be defroste... read more Staff was friendly and helpful, beautiful location but was greatly disappointed by their shepherds pie. The cooking directions called for the pie to be defrosted the night before and then cooked for 35 mins. After 1.5hrs the pie was still cold in the middle, after two hours even though hot it didn’t taste cooked. The potatoes were grossly undercooked, had a texture of powdered chunks potatoes. The rest was completely flavourless, will go as far as saying disgusting. After spending $35 for it, we were determined to save the meal. We had to add our own spices, garlic butter, cheese to make it edible.
