The store is air conditioned with two ceiling fans, which was a relief on a humid day. They have a good selection of ingredients, and I was able to get a foot-long tuna sandwich with avocado, mozzarella cheese, green olives, and banana peppers on honey-oat bread. The bread was moist, chewy, and sweet, and held together well. It seems that Subway has indeed upgraded their bread recipe as advertised.

The bread was delicious and fresh, and the staff member took great care by washing their hands, changing gloves, using double the paper for the sandwich, and overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
