Ordered a foot long for lunch through Skip the dishes. They deliver a 6. Beyond me how someone who works at Subway can't get an order right!! Read the order, make it and send out for delivery!If I wanted a 6 I would have ordered one.Incompetence at its finest.Not ordering from this location again.You have 1 job! I had a very disturbing experience at this restaurant yesterday with the manager Mark Nur. There was a very long lineup of customers and one of the staff went out a few times to try and bring somebody their sub who ordered curbside pickup. He couldn’t find the person initially but after several attempts he did. When he came back he started talking about the woman and her appearance in a very rude and unprofessional way… mocking her and saying “you didn’t even cut my sub in half?” Rolling his eyes… etc. When it was my time to order I told them this was unprofessional and they denied it. I asked to speak to the manager and Mark rudely said “I am the manager” and proceeded to be extremely condescending, rude and at times aggressive. I was extremely uncomfortable to the point where I tried to contact Subway HQ which is impossible as the number no longer works and their online form wasn’t functioning properly either. Additionally, the staff were not clean or hygienic whatsoever. I couldn’t bring myself to eat my meal that was prepared by people who don’t follow basic sanitary procedures like changing gloves between handling money and food or wiping sweat off their face and then grabbing your sub. Avoid this place at all costs… there are much better places to eat in the area where you will be respected and actually be served edible food.

Use the same knife to cut bacon sandwich and veg sandwich. I am pure veg. Didn’t change knife. Upon asking them told me that you should told us first to use different knife. First time hearing that
I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I have found that they are very careless with their food preparation. When I visited recently, I noticed that the cashier was handling food without wearing gloves and then put them on after touching various surfaces, contaminating the gloves. Additionally, the toppings on my sandwich were haphazardly thrown on, with a clump of onions added instead of being spread out evenly. The meatballs in my sub were also placed without care, with two being right next to each other. While this may seem like a minor issue, it reflects a lack of attention to detail. Despite the busy nature of this location, the quality of service and food preparation seems to be declining.
I'm not sure if there has been a change in management, but this particular location is not up to par. It used to be one of the best. I requested extra pickles and only received three. There was hardly any sauce and just two slices of cucumber. It was the saddest sub I've ever had. I'm not sure if the employee was having a rough day or if they were trying to cut costs, but I was not impressed. This is the second time this has occurred recently and we are no longer willing to tolerate it.
