I always come here in my break time to eat. So the subway is best. But today strange thing happen in front of me there was a guy who was very rude towards employees. He was passing racist comments towards them. There was big line that because of break time. I was on the phone with my husband when he went into this subway to get sandwiches for us and the kids. I overheard the situation he had with the girl, she was very rude, and very impatient. Fresh ingredients, quick service, clean location, and very friendly staff. I got a foot long cold-cut and it was dressed with a great amount of toppings and sauce.I can't complain! I shall definitely be back.Excellent work. Keep it up

It was really quick. I placed an order online and it was ready in just 10 minutes.
My son, who has special needs, went to order a sandwich by himself and accidentally forgot to specify that he wanted the cold cut trio. He ended up coming out with 2 sandwiches for a total of $28, but they were made with only vegetables and no meat. When we went back inside to ask if we could add the meat, the employee told us it was not possible. We then asked if we could get a refund for the vegetable sandwiches and just order the cold cut trio, but we were told that was not an option. It was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.
The team at this Subway is fast and was able to serve 9 customers ahead of me in less than 5 mins which was amazing. These 2 girls are good. They can be better if they follow enhance food safety practises. Like frequently cleaning prep tables, Gloves handling and hair net etc. Some Customers may be very sensitive about it. This Subway really filled your Sandwich and do not hesitate while putting ingredients.Parking is pain. Also staff should not talk personal or Schedule problems when customers can listen them.4 Star as washroom need to be kept clean . If you can not keep washroom clean … The WC bowl black layer indicates that bowl was not cleaned for at least 3 days. If Customers washroom is dirty what would be cleanliness level at back of house?
