Rotisserie St-Hubert - Ottawa

The restaurant is ok. eating was good, although I found that the chicken legs were smaller than usual. service was friendly. it is a typical st hubert, but I think the menu has so much expanded, the chain has much its soul

When we have ordered our meal, we have pointed to the server to make sure our huh is hot. it came warm! when he mentioned on the server, he said no problem and brought out a small plate and took my friends huh into the kitchen. the server came back a few minutes later with the same chicken breast and said he put it in the microwave for a few minutes. at least my friend and I were shocked that it was heated in a micro. we expected it to be replaced by a hot chicken breast. I didn't return my piece that was warm because I had taken a few bites. the riders were also warm. until eating it was not as we expected. servername was oliver. young guy, very nice, but the situation has not been well treated. we were disappointed by our visit.

Our server was very friendly and the understanding that we cancel a few people in the last minute for our reservation. she has all our commands exactly right. it was a great experience and we loved being in the private room. Thank you!
