I had the eggplant parm... read more If you 're staying at this hotel and need a place to eat, this is not it. We got in late on New Year 's Eve and most places were closed. I had the eggplant parmesan sandwich, it was very salty, the pile of arugula stuffed inside did not go with it at all and overall it was not very good. It came with the Provo chips which ended up tasting like stale, hard as a rock kettle chips. How someone thought that these chips would go well with an eggplant parmesan sandwich is beyond me. My Coke was watered down and not good. The waitress was nice. It 's very expensive and for the sub-par food you get there are much better places you can go to for a good meal.

Reda was a tremendous help, especially since we were dining with our little 18-month-old. He went out of his way to ensure she had something to eat by bringing us a variety of meals for her. My meal... read more I took myself out as a little treat and instead wasted my “nice dinner” budget on a garbage meal. While the service was stellar, the food was atrocious. My meal was $30 for an Atlantic salmon. I got an overcooked piece of salmon on top of a handful of baby potatoes, peas corn (that were the same quality as frozen peas corn), a sprinkle of other veggies, and basically seating all of this in tomato soup that was so “meh” I would believe if someone told me it came from a can. The whole meal made no sense together and was poor quality ingredients. In total, the value on that plate was maaaaybe $7 8 with the majority of that being the cost of salmon. If I were more confrontational and if the service had not been so good I would’ve asked for a refund which I have never even considered doing before. Whatever management is making your chefs cut corners to save costs: PLEASE STOP.
