McDonald's - Ottawa

The location is very ideal for this setting of the LGBT village! One of the ladies gave my little boy a free drink, which made him thrilled because of her smiles and greetings! One regret though, the drink tank is hidden behind the counter, which symbolizes distrust from the establishment to the patrons. The drinks are so cheap and filling, and no need to save those pennies in the book keeping of this franchise.Kid-friendliness: Yes.

I would avoid if possible. The staff are nice. But they have missed or screwed up my order 5 of the last 6 times I've been there. Won't be going back if I have a choice.

Arguably the slowest branch of McDonald's I've ever visited nothing fast food about it at all. The self service kiosks don't work so you have to queue, it's chaos behind the single till, they literally work through each order one by one. So even if you order one small thing, you'll have to wait for them to clear the backlog before reaching you. To top it off, we ordered two ice cream cones but got served a mess (see pic). I suggest avoiding this branch of McDonald's if you can, until someone from McDonald's HQ and management can come here to sort it out

Very bad customer service, they always give me the wrong order no matter how many times I confirm with them!! And the place is always full of homeless people! Stay away from this branch for your own sanity!
