McDonald's - Ottawa

Recently they posted sign of Frappe Summer Drink of 3 different flavors but whenever we went to this McDonalds at Carling we never find this Frappe while the signs are everywhere around McDonalds and thru drive way. Even its employees does not know what was the ad outside their restaurant there is no connection between ads outside on driveway and its availability inside the store. Most employees does not know about Frappe Summer Drink they will ask each other it this was in their store while they have posted ads outside. They are selling routine Burgers like in any other restaurants its employees are incompetent no proper training they dont know about the product outside rather they ask each other about the product while drivers are waiting and watching their roaming in the store.

Everything is great here but the drive through at times can take awhile to receive your food . Clean place . It might be faster to park car and walk inside

I have not been to a McDonald's for ages, it used to be fast food. This place is designed for slow service and cold food. What are you doing!

Honestly the service can be a tad slow sometimes but shout out to the drive thru people for always being so friendly and kind. There's a gentleman always working cash every morning during the week who gives nothing short of 5 star service. I come to this location because of the service not necessarily the speed. ANY mcdonalds you go to at 830 a.m. isn't going to be quick. No where will be for that matter. Anyways, high five on the great team and service. Thank you.

It can take nearly ten minutes just for a cup of coffee. save time...use the drive thrustaff is friendly but there are only 2 cashier positions set up and makes for exceedingly slow service, but I do really enjoy a cup of mcdonald's coffee...so I wait!
