We have taken an ice cream cake for a birthday, but it tasted like mold, especially the chocolate sauce on the cake. it was disgusting and really serving the people's tasty food. Hopefully we won't get sick. never buy from there again.

We live in the opposite and this situation is slowly downhill. the last one was a new one. While it took at least 10 minutes to get the service, as the server with its headphones was back and could not hear us. she seemed very upset when we finally got her attention. Moreover, the selection of the beats is almost laughing. they also removed as an option (e.g. blueberries, etc. too many other options in the opposite for ice to give this place another chance. we will not be back.

Always like their products. this time bought their ice cream cake and it's not too sweet and tastes smooth.

Absolute worst location! The icecream had melted and refrozen, leaving it crystallized and crunchy. Very gross. The display cones had also melted, leaving them warped and bent downwards. Horrible customer service, very evident the male working there didn't care about quality or customer service. We received No greeting or any explanations of any kind. All we got was a what you want and he didn't even offer us any napkins. When i asked him to dig underneath in an attempt to avoid the freezer burnt top layer, i was ignored. The store wasn't clean, customers behind us were so grossed out that they left with nothing. I wish i would had walked out myself, but the kids were so excited. Spent 26.45 for absolute garbage and ended throwing mine out. This is suppose to be a high quality icecream chain and we've enjoyed other locations. You'd think that a place in the Gleebe would care about the product and service they offer. We will never go back. Close the location down, it's an embarrassment to the chain.
