This is a very small restaurant on McArthur Ave near St-Laurent. You will definitely not be impressed by the outside but please don't let it stop you from trying this place. The interior is extremely clean, it appears as if it's been completely renovated on the inside. We ordered a few combination plates, won ton soup and almond soo guy. What John Doe doesn't like about Lai Lai Dining Lounge:
The general tao tasted so bad, it wasn’t even chicken it was bird fat and skin, and it was soggy. The ribs were covered in fat. The rice was old. The egg rolls didn’t have any flavour. The portions were so tiny we spend 50$...and got 3 containers of 4 oz. it was a total waste of money. We couldn’t even eat the food it was so bad. View all feedback.
Just here for the first time on the box day. Have dinner for 2 with garlic substitute ribs and almond type with an additional order of sweet and acid pork and some extra spring rolls. Honestly, this place makes your typical Canadianized Chinese food very good. Everything was delicious! A new way for me.
One of my favorite Chinese restaurants! Portion size is very generous and always hot. Always consistent so you know exactly what you get every time.
We ordered here for the first time today, Trog Skip the dishes. It was fast delivery. Food was delicious and meals are really great, we loved it. It'll be safe to order. Thank you.
Amazing Chinese food friendly staff! Photos of combination plate with chicken balls general tao chicken, also came with rice lucky cookie. The staff was very friendly and it is definitely on my list to go there again in the future!
Love the combo plates! Always hot, fresh and consistent. Price is a bit high but when you get the food the taste and quantity is worth it.
