You cannot see the kitchen which is unlike other locations where they put the food together. Staff is not pleasant at all. Avoid avoid avoid.

Unfortunately, every time the fries are stale and the food is cold. Today, I ordered several items totaling around $60 and only received one item, which was ice cold. I mean, it was frozen. I highly recommend not ordering from this place as they have no standards for their food quality.
