Food was dry and service was non existent. The servers were in the back just chatting away as the line grew. Fries were soggy with no crisp or saltiness to them. Just not the experience or nostalgia that I was used to in going to a KFC.
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and they have only gotten my order correct once. Unfortunately, every time the fries are stale and the food is cold. Today, I ordered several items totaling around $60 and only received one item, which was ice cold. I mean, it was frozen. I highly recommend not ordering from this place as they have no standards for their food quality.
