KFC - Ottawa

The food I ordered was all over the packaging. This was my first time having a bad experience at any KFC.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! I have never encountered such an arrogant and unprofessional person before. This man, who appeared to be in his 40s or 50s, should consider a different career. I ordered a taco, but there was very little meat inside. When I complained about it and asked for another one, they refused to make it. Not to mention the cold and tasteless fries and the sauce haphazardly thrown on my food. It was absolutely horrible.

I have had multiple issues with this restaurant. The owner is extremely rude. I visited on June 11th, 2021 and ordered a quesadilla that was not cut into quarters as it should have been. I recommend saving your money as there are better restaurants in the food court.

The epitome of unhealthy preparation of what could be healthy food. Massive amounts of salt and fat that is deep fried with few healthier choices. Tastes great, but at what cost? Their formula makes them money around the world, so they will be around for a long time.

I made a terrible mistake and ordered KFC, which to me now stands for something very derogatory after what I received! I tried uploading the receipt but this site won’t let me it seems. I paid $4.50 extra for “rib pieces” and as you can see in the picture, they were regular rib pieces. It seems like they cut pieces of chicken in half and sold it to me that way. Also, my fries came loosely in the snack box, the coleslaw was metallic tasting so I tossed that in the garbage right away and the gravy had no taste it was chunky and didn’t even taste like gravy. Overall I am grossed out, will never order from KFC ever again and will show everyone these pics so they can see how this franchise has gone down the toilet. I feel sick even typing this lol!
