The restaurant is cozy, s... read more My husband treated me to dinner out for my birthday at Issacs' new location this year, and it was a perfect way to celebrate together. The restaurant is cozy, so booking ahead was a must, but it meant that we weren't overwhelmed with the din of a larger restaurant. The menu is straightforward, with many delicious selections to choose from. The three-course dinner option worked out very well, with such generous main dishes that I had leftovers to enjoy at home. You will be amazed by the variety of vegetables that accompany the main dishes; everything was cooked to perfection! I recommend the creme brulee, if that is one of the options for the Chef's daily dessert. And do check out the wine list--I found a new favourite!

We were s... read more On our arrival, we were greeted nicely by a young staff. The restaurant was about half full with some dinners eating and other waiting for their mail. We were shown to our table and presented with menus. About 15 minutes later, we placed our orders which were mains only no starters. about 1 hour past and no meal. I asked and were advised we were next. Now its about 1 hour 15 min and no meal. At this time, we asked for our check for the two glasses of wine and left. Other tables there were occupied before we arrived still did not receive there meals. Not a pleasant experience. They must have known the kitchen was slow, they should have mentioned on arrival. We will not go back.

One member even claimed it was the best lamb they had ever tasted at a restaurant. We all agreed that our meals were exceptional. Highly recommend trying this place out.
