Harvey's - Ottawa

We came here to exchange a slush because it tasted awful. The lady at the drive-thru ask us where we got our slush. We told her it was from Harveys and tasted awful. She closed the window and we heard her say to the manager that we took the slush out of the garbage to get a free one. Very nice customer service. Especially the manager who told us to leave.

Great burgers as usual! Love the Char Broiled taste plus the ability to load your burger to your liking...ask for extra pickles...the staff doesn't mind and they'll load up your burger to your liking.

One of the best burgers in Ottawa... and even better when they have coupon deals! Service is always fast and friendly. The staff do a wonderful job! We will continue to visit!

We went to Harvey’s drive thru. They were fast and the food was hot and yummy, as usual. I saw on the sign that they had new toppings and sauces we could use. I will have to check that out on our next visit.

The Harvey's coupons came in the mail so it was time to go and get a deal. $9.99 for two burger combos. Went through the drive thru in the evening. It was pretty fast considering the food is not pre-made. The food was hot and fresh and the burgers were dressed exactly as we ordered. Love their pickles. Yummy as always.
