Was Kim at Haldi a mag?
Really nice experience!. Everything about this delivery experience was pleasant. The deliveryman was great, the food was great (except the bhaji was a little dry). Best garlic naan I've had in Ottawa. br/ br/ Fair warning: hot dishes here (we had vindaloo and Madras curry) are considerably hotter than most hot dishes we've had at local Ottawa/Thai places. This was perfect for our needs, but should be mentioned! View all feedback.

What S L dislikes about Haldi:
Butter chicken was good! A little on the sweeter side but yummy. Also ordered a lamb spicy dish and it was ok.The rice was good. Naan bread was pretty good.Atmosphere was a bit lacking. It was warm inside and there werent many people there.Decor was nice, service was good. View all feedback.

If you like Indian food, you have to eat here. If you don 't like Indian food, you will after you eat here. Having travelled and lived in India for 6 months, the paneer masala and lamb dhansak were better than anything I had during my time there. The owner was very friendly, we chatted with him about his business, he warned us that spicy meant SPICY, but the one chili pepper icon was the perfect level for us. I don 't usually write reviews, but I had to after I slammed their food with some garlic naan. Seriously amazing.Dietary restrictions: Although the menu didn 't list dietary restrictions directly on it, it clearly stated that the staff are knowledgeable and that they are able to accommodate. big bonus for a gluten free gal like me!

One of my favourite places in Ottawa to get Indian food. The butter chicken is to die for, and the naan bread is the best in the city.

My husband and I always get takeout. We travel 20 minutes to pick it up and by the time we get it home the food is still hot. The portions are very generous and we always have leftovers. Great service, very polite staff. Absolutely the best naan bread- so big and fresh!
