I've eaten here many times, so I figured I should comment on the consistent food and service quality. The Pho is great, as are some ot Chinese dishes (for example, General Tsao's chicken, pad Thai...)Fresh and tasty, fairly priced: best pho on the east side of Ottawa View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ha Noi Pho:
First time at this restaurant with my spouse. first observation is that the dining room is unclean, dusty decorations and very dirty windows. Although it was not busy, the service was very slow and unwarm. very ordinary and fat food. We 've eaten here regularly over the last few years and it 's always been great. The main waitress owner is really lovely. The pho is excellent and usually comes out quickly. I 'm also a huge fan of the vegetarian fried spring roll, and my husband prefers the shrimp one. You will be greeted with Hello my friends! and it 's a genuine sentiment!
Superb place for a meal or take out. There is an authenticity to the place and staff that can not be replicated. Love it.Food: 5/5
On Sunday, June 4th, my wife and I were feeling hungry and stumbled upon this restaurant. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The service was outstanding, very attentive. My wife had the pad Thai and I tried the General Tso's chicken. It was the best General Tso's chicken I have ever tasted! I recommend taking a chance like we did, you will not be disappointed! Food: 5/5.
