This take out ONLY restaurant is a total mood! The food is very good, the owners will definitely help you choose and the price range is affordable.I was able to have a beef kimbap with rice, beans sprout, fried tofu, and a pop all for 20$.The food is refreshing even on a hot day.Don't be fooled by the restaurant's look, it tastes way better than it seems like. For me, the only downer was the fact I couldn't sit in to e... What Joon Bae doesn't like about Food Mood: Korean Japanese Kitchen:
Customer service was scary but food was goodNot sure about the hygiene when i looked at the fryers, but i was totally fine eating it so i guess it is fine…Food: 4/5 View all feedback.
I've eaten a lot of Korean and Japanese food (including a lot of katsu and the food here was amazing. I've never had katsu like that before.I ordered a second meal to go after ordering and eating my dinner.100% recommend, very nice and friendly staff.Do yourself a favor and give it a try. After eating the katsu I don't think there could be anything on the menu that isn't stellar.Clearly a lot of talent, love and care goes into every dish.
Little hole in the wall Korean place. There are a couple small tables to sit but it's better to take it out. The wait for my order seemed a bit long but ended up being worth it. The food was amazing and tasted great.Food: 5/5
Pretty subpar experience from what I can say. The meal which I ordered was hardly a meal even though it ended up costing me $16.40 in the end. The portions were absolutely mediocre for the K bite braised pork belly. I even asked the woman beforehand how much the portions were but she didn’t seem to understand me, or English in general, so I thought at the very least they would give me a good amount of food for that money, but I’ve eaten all of it and I’m still hungry and that’s as a 110 pound girl lol. The food tasted alright, the pork itself was tender and well cooked and the flavours were neither too salty or sweet and so it wasn’t overpowering but it also wasn’t underwhelming. The store itself though has no air conditioning whatsoever and the door is always open so sometimes you may be fighting with flies who are trying to get your food. There is very little on the inside and worst of all, they do not have a single power outlet available for you to charge your phone or do anything. The one outlet that I could find was covered up completely with tape so that customers cannot use it (see pictures).

A small venue (best to order as takeout) on Rideau Street with incredible food. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The portions are sizeable, the dishes delicious. An affordable option considering eating out will bleed you dry financially for the month these days. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, this is not a special request you need to make. Both vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled. Protein sub is tofu. Does not appear that the quality of the dish is comprised with plant based menu items.
