Located right in the heart of Stittsville, this restaurant offers a wonderful mix of Vietnamese and Canadian cuisine. It's a go-to spot for me whenever the weather is pleasant. The menu is diverse, featuring delicious options such as poutine and pad Thai. My personal favorite is the beef vermicelli, which never disappoints. I highly recommend giving it a try! After looking at the rating we were pretty disappointed in this place. We bought Chicken fingers and fries, Italian sausage and onion rings. The onion rings were decent, but otherwise the food was disappointing. The chicken fingers were extremely tough and the fries weren't anything special. The ketchup for the fries also had a very off taste. Most of the food went uneaten. View all feedback.
Whenever I'm in stittsville, I'll stick to this truck, enjoy the rolls, jump rolls, pad thia and pad sew. the best meals great service, good portion, especially friendly staff.
Stittsville has a few great street food, but this truck is my favorite by far. easy to reach on stittsville main, their early reels and vermicelli are delicious. they also offer some great poutine combos.

We repeat the visitors of the big food truck. the menu has a wide range of items, from classic food trucks (burgers, dogs, fries and poutine) to Asian fusion choices (spring rolls, pad thai, Vermicelli dishes). everything we ordered there has. tasty, the waiting time is reasonable (even if they are super busy) and the people who own the place are incredibly friendly. my only constructive suggestion is that a debit credit payment option would be most welcome, even if it led to a small price increase to cover bank fees.
We order take out from crispy spring till at least once per week. Always fresh, always tasty, always fast. The chicken vermicelli is excellent, and my daughter loves the beef on rice. Recommended!
