The bread and buns are great when you can get them. I have been here times to get buns; the first time their oven was broken and they were closed for two weeks. Went in early on a Saturday morning (during open hours)...and they were closed no explanation, and today went in hour after opening and the buns were not ready. Came here for lunch with a friend, a nice little bakery/lunch counter. Great luncheon specials, soup, sandwich, doughnut and a large mile for $8.25. Lots of local traffic that know a good thing.
Slightly above average sushi but expensive for North American tastesI had dinner here a few times during my stay in Clermont.
I quickly ate the plain chocolate donut first... It was incredibly soft and light. Amazing!
It's difficult to judge the quality of this restaurant when we arrived around 10:30 am and they were running low on items. However, we can confirm that the cinnamon buns we tried were delicious. They were incredibly light, fresh, moist, and surprisingly not overly sweet, which we found to be a pleasant surprise.
I absolutely adore this bakery. They offer the best bread, buns, and desserts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been a loyal customer for years. Don't miss out on this gem in Carp - make it your next stop!
