Was Matt I at Bread & Roses Bakery a mag?
A totally new place... This place had gone way downhill when it was still on Beechwood, but since moving to the new location it seems to have re-invented itself (and likely gotten new recipes, staff, or both). br/ br/ Good treats. The blueberry scones were awesome, and humongous. Cute little patio out front, too. View all feedback.

What Valerie Douglas dislikes about Bread & Roses Bakery:
One of the best fresh croissants in the city but the samosas I got were dry and definitely not fresh. Even warmed up. Granted it was a Monday. But they should taste their products before selling them. Or sell them at a discount perhaps?!Also the price of a croissant is quite high. $2.85. Each. But it was still warm and buttery and flaky! Yum View all feedback.

I recently tried the cookies and pastries at this restaurant and they were delicious! I can't wait to come back and try the bread, as there are multiple varieties to choose from and plenty of gluten-free options as well.

So many options to choose from at Bread and Roses! I am a huge fan of baked goods, and every time I walk into their new location, the delicious smells never fail to make my mouth water. They offer a wide variety of breads, cookies, tarts, muffins, cakes, and more – their shelves are always fully stocked. While they have recently started offering pizzas, soups, and sandwiches, I have yet to try them. My personal favorites are their oatmeal-raisin cookies; they are large, perfectly sweetened, and always satisfying. I appreciate that they list the ingredients right under the labels, showcasing the high quality of the products used in their baked treats. Additionally, they offer plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options for those with dietary restrictions. Bread and Roses truly caters to all tastes and preferences.

There is a nice selection of treats available at this restaurant, including both vegan and non-vegan options. The vegan chocolate peanut butter squares are always a reliable choice.

Got a delicious and well-made iced espresso-based beverage. No tip prompt (not sure if that's usually the case) which was a nice change, especially because drink wasn't cheap!
