I visited for brunch and was really impressed. The breakfast dishes were cooked to perfection, and the food was outstanding. I’m so glad we decided to try this restaurant. It’s conveniently located with easy access to and from the 417 when entering or leaving Ottawa. The service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. What Jennifer Couturier doesn't like about Broadway's Grill:
We have been ordering every weekend for years. They forgot the toast with our breakfasts multiple times now. Today when we called to complain about the toast missing again, they called us liars and argued with us. For over 3 minutes they called us liars and argued. Horrible customer service!!!! The first time to visit was Saturday, August 28th. 2021 around 8 am. for breakfast. Let's just say that I was so impressed that a better than 30% tip was appropriate. I ordered 2 eggs over easy, turkey sausages with home fries. Which by the way had a mysterious flavour that made me want to keep eating to try to guess what the Savoy ingredients were. Coffee was good by American standards, service, ambiance, friendly staff, all-around perfect. Price by today's environment good. I highly recommend this restaurant. One thing to note; from the West left turn off Innes Road, from the East, left turn at the lights in front of the Esso gas station, then drive behind the station then right turn at the Motel then right to the parking lot. Enjoy.
Does not take reservations for Saturday or Sunday. Had a waffle which was good. Would have been better if the fruit was warm.
We ordered the take #2 and French toasts here and the portion was quite big. The staff were very friendly and the food quality is not bad for the price. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't already!
By far one of my favourite places to get breakfast, covid19 practices are taken seriously. I would recommend going to this location!
Great atmosphere , amazing staff , a lot of choices on the menu , fast service , hot and fresh , reasonable prices . Boston creme could use a little more taste . Highly recommended when in the area
