Zaki Broast And Grill East-end - Ottawa

Food is not what it used to be anymore. Food is no longer filling, and everything is a bit over priced. Staff are sometimes cranky and take it out on customers not always . Store is average clean at best usually tables are all dirty and greasy . Not the same zaki experience anymore.

Over priced, less food for what you actually pay for. Extremely slow and crappy service. Will never buy from there again, nor recommend to any one. If you were to ask where to get better halal food as an alternative, go to laziz, much better taste, service, more food, cheaper and quality service.

Tried this place out while visiting Ottawa from out of town. The steak sandwich was so good. One of the best I've had. Broasted chicken was good as well, but not the best. Fries were good. Overall a good, clean, reasonably priced halal restaurant with great food.

Really unhappy with the slow service and literally empty sandwiches with no meat. This used to be my fave go-to place but having been disappointed the last three times I will not be returning. Laziz Grill is a bit farther drive but a better option than Zakis.

Fresh tasty food. This place is not some Shawarma shop, it's much better. They have amazing felafel. The portion sizes are big and the prices are great. It takes a few minutes to get your food because they grill it to order. Very clean and lots of seating.
