I love this Tim Hortons, it is well designed, elegant, clean (when it is not busy) and cozy, good service too, definitely there is some room for customer service improvements, but overall it is one of my best locations.

I cant rate the food as i never got to order.Horrible service waited 10 minutes never got served and left. Staff moving in slow motion never. Acknowledged me. Avoid. Of course some one will give an automated answer to my rating with a link to the US. That goes nowhere.

Terrible everything... they always get orders wrong, they never have enough of anything and the coffee they are serving tastes like muddy well water ... I tried the mocha latte and it was hot water and with chocolate sauce ... I will be sure to never come back

Tim Hortons has a birthday gift on your birthday, which includes a complimentary breakfast sandwich. This has been promised promoted. So, I went to redeem my reward. I downloaded the app weeks ahead, followed the instructions, and went on my birthday only to get told by THREE employees that I was wrong, and I had no idea what I was talking about, and that they never heard of such a thing. They called me a liar, and it was against their policies. I tried to show them it was posted on the website that it was the actual policy, but they refused listen. I drove out of my way excited to redeem this gift but was accused of being a liar on my birthday. Super freaking embarrassing and unwelcoming. I go to Tim’s randomly, but I feel like this was a false advertisement, and I’m also just so embarrassed and feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed to be going back. The staff that was working October 3rd around 2pm should know about the promotions at the restaurant that they work at.
