Starbucks - Ottawa

The staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I ordered an oat shaken espresso and I watch the lady put espresso In a cup and add oat milk. The drink has a lot more than that but charged me the full amount. It was almost 7 dollars and she left the espresso to sit for a minute so the crema dissolved leaving a very bitter shot. Do not go here.

Always out of ingredients. No order ahead option, and better yet some of the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by making your order. Coming from a customer service background, I always go the extra mile to be nice to the staff but somehow I ended up on their bad side and they started talking about me in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand. Extremely unprofessional.

Somehow they forgot to put main stuffs when they are making drinks….For example, i ordered the strawberry Frappuccino, but then they gave me just plain vanilla drink… forgot the whole syrup, fruit, whipping cream and sauces….It wasn’t that busy also…. And the people who works there seems to be not trained…Also not friendly….?

Generally speaking it's a good Starbucks. Very conveniently located. However, the line ups are usually extremely long as slow!
