Went to pick up some bagels for the family, and was quite disappointed when I got home and opened the bag. This particular person serving me didnt seem to care to be there, she gave burnt bagels, and even some broken ones. I aksed for chocolate chip for the kids, she gave me rasin bagels. some bagels were quite hard, not sure how long they were left out before being sold to customers. I really like the food here. i had a chocolate bagel, an oven roasted chicken sandwich on a garlic bagel with some sweet mustard. excellent. pastries are nice too. i appreciate that they are open 24/7 and available on delivery apps. amazing bagel shop. anyone visiting Ottawa should try this bagel shop. anyone living in Ottawa should get bagels here regularly. i know i plan on it.
