Still good. After many years of coming here, the menu changes, staff come and go, but everything still impresses me. Food is always good and staff are always on their game. This applies to all Kelsey's I just didn't want to do each one seperately. View all feedback.

Upon arrival, we noticed that some of the outside lighting still wasn't working, and the entrance area was littered with garbage and cigarette butts, which was a bit off-putting. Inside the restaurant, there was a strange, musty smell mixed with cleaning products. However, we were greeted immediately and seated at a booth by the host. The restaurant was fairly busy with other patrons. Our server returned promptly to take our drink orders, and the drinks—beer and root beer—were cold and tasty. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and chicken parmesan for dinner. To our surprise, both meals were delicious and satisfying. The chicken parmesan came with a side of pasta, and the garden salad that accompanied the buffalo wrap was well-dressed. While the service was generally good, it took a bit too long to receive our bill after we finished dinner. Overall, we would likely return for a quick, convenient, and enjoyable meal. Plus, the cost of our meal was quite reasonable, around $60 for two, including tip.
We didn't have high expectations based on our experiences at other locations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The wings were flavorful and a good portion, and the nachos were enjoyable as well. The fish and chips were decent. We would definitely return if we're in the area again.
Earlier last week, I took my father out for a beer and dinner, using a Cara Gift Card we had recently obtained by redeeming some Scene points. We decided to visit Kelsey's at the Elmvale Shopping Centre, located at 1910 St. Laurent Boulevard in Ottawa, to see how this establishment performs in a more traditional shopping center setting compared to the usual big box store format.
