To reply to your comment, the incident of the rude woman refusing to serve us water happened yesterday at around 4 pm Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Rude cashier/server refused to give us a cup of water, a basic human necessity, most likely very lazy as when we went there other times different cashiers were able to give us a cup of water. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

More likely to find a spot on another street in the market or in one of the paid lots. Service: Take out
