Gabriel Pizza - Ottawa

Ordered a plain cheese pizza. When we went to pick it up the young man asked us if we mind it a little burnt. He showed the bottom of two pieces that were a little over cooked.Well, unfortunately for us the pizza was completely burnt on the bottom. He showed the two least burnt pizza slices. We paid $30 for cheese because that’s all we could eat. This place used to be our favourite but the last couple times it has been so disappointing. Totally understand mistakes happening but they should have made a new one and we wouldn’t have cared if we had to wait for them to cook it. It was the dishonesty from the beginning which is so disappointing!

Pizza was delicious and the service was very fast, staff was super friendly overall I really recommend this place!!

I am a bit late to do this review but I’m not surprised after reading many reviews here. I love the Gabriels brand, I love the pizza, but this location is HORRIBLE. The customer service is awful, and these guys have ZERO clue how to make a pizza thick crust. I thought after my first order, okay, honest mistake…nope…second time I ordered from here, the pizza was so thin, the pepperoni was touching the box as the crust had a hole in it! This location is an embarrassment to the Gabriels brand.
