It 's hard to rate a business who 's staff turns over regularly, as the experience can vary widely from visit to visit. The food has always been pretty consistent though, this I put down to proper training on equipment and the recipes. Service varies widely, so it 's hard to rate it high or low. The turn over in staff is the nature of this business though, since it 's generally 'first job ' territory for a lot of the employees. Atmosphere is good. Always seems to be pretty clean, or as clean as can be expected when there 's a line of people out the door. This is a regularly visited location for us, especially during the summer months. For peak hours during the weekend on the nicest, warmest day of spring so far I was surprised to see only two staff members prepping blizzards, sundaes, and shakes (etc. . I’ve worked at a DQ in the past I expected it to be busy from the amount of customers, not the lack of adequate staff. Moreover, they weren’t even preparing tickets in order received customers who ordered similar items AFTER we did received theirs first, as blizzard prep cups were just lumped together on the counter and they just took whichever ones they grabbed first. It took thirty minutes in store to get my order of 2 blizzards, which weren’t even given lids for take out. And because they over filled the containers, the lids I took myself from the fountain drink section barely fit, and the blizzards proceeded to melt and leak all over myself and my vehicle. Atrocious customer service. Learn to properly staff your store for peak hours during expected busy times. I can’t fathom what this will be like come summertime. Although typically busy with a huge line, who can say no to dessert? I would not recommend the chicken fingers as they are tasty , but are extremely small. 5 stars! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
