The thick, luscious noodles had a delightful spiciness and were drenched in an irresistible cold sesame soy dressing. The lamb was extraordinary—tender and sliced thinly to maximize its surface area, giving it a slightly crispy texture, and enhanced with a blend of spices focused on cumin. The green beans were also impressive—spicy and served with a generous portion of flavorful ground pork.

First came in here on a weekday and the place was decently filled with mostly Chinese customers, definitely a good sign. I've only tried a few dishes here based on previous reviews and those items have been great. Harmony restaurant provides a more authentic cuisine, so come by if that's what your looking for. They do have lunch specials with more Americanized dishes (sweat and sour chicken balls etc... , but I've never bothered to try.
