Staff were clueless about the wait. We had to tell them there were open tables before getting seated. 45mins after ordering, the food started trickling in one dish at a time over the next hour. Periodically the server would come over to the table and tell us certain things were not available. The food we did get was good but definitely not worth the wait. We ended up canceling the remainder of our order after over 2 hours as we were told the cook hadn't started preparing it. Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese cuisine that is supposed to be quick.....there was nothing quick about our experience. Definitely won't recommend or be back.

If you drive, arrive early as there are less than 10 parking spots reserved for Hung Sum. There are street parking in the neighbourhood though. Highly recommended!!
