We stopped in Clover after a few other places had closed and were glad we did. The staff was welcoming, beer and wine...was just what we needed and the burgers were tasty. There's a good chance of stopping again before leaving Ostuni.

We arrived late from the airport and decided to try one of the late bars in the town as there wasn't a lot open. Clover is hidden down a side street and...could easily be missed. There were a couple of tables in use and seemed to be Italian young people. The bar had a nice atmosphere and we're quickly served by a young gentleman from the bar. We tried a bottle of Leone de Castris Negro a Mar of red wine which was very nice indeed. We opted for a plate for two persons of mixed cheeses salami ...antipasto. these were accompanied by delicious fig and cherry jam which had a little chile luck and really suited the food. All in all were were impressed with the quality of service and value for money. The wine was 18 Euro's and the antipasto 9 euros. Try it...you won't be dissapointed.
