We initially ordered an Aperol Spritz and they seemed cross we were not ordering food. When we asked for a menu, they were slightly less hostile. None of the staff made any effort to smile and the main guy in charge was outright rude. I would avoid this place at all costs. It is outrageously expensive and the clientele on this particular occasion were treated with disdain. Not what one wants on a lovely day out. Perhaps one would suggest some CPD in customer service...
