A pretty mo... read more There's not much choice of restaurant near the hotel where I was satying, but this is actually a nice one, just across the road of the Filder hotel. A pretty modern place, with very friendly staff. You can get some good local food, and the portions are quite good. Food-wise its okay too, I had beef with spätzle (local noodles), which were not earth-shattering but good.

I have the exch... read more Very little is open on Sunday, so for a traveler, this place is fantastic! It was a clean, comfortable place with pleasant waiter and good food. I have the exchange of painting in egg that included a salad bar ride. Everything was very fresh and delicious. This is a wonderful place that is only open for lunch, but they do it very well!

The restaurant is highly recommended and definitely a hidden gem for good Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli). The portions are huge. According to the menu, changes to the dishes should be possible for an extra charge, which, according to the menu, should only be a perfectly acceptable €1. However, a change by reducing the quantity wasn't possible. (I would have gladly paid the full price, including any additional charges, for this)...
