Service was inattentive… one dish was supposed to be grilled/submitted as broiled and when brought to their attention there was no effort made to correct the mistake It took an excessive amount of time to take a drink order. Dinner was almost 3 hours on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy.

The food, especially the steak and crab, was excellent, and I’ve been fortunate to eat at some of the best steakhouses in the world. The service, up until the food was served, was very good. At that point, we were abandoned. No one came to ask how the food was, or to refill our drinks. When I finally flagged down our waiter 30 minutes later to order another drink, it took 15 minutes to arrive. Desert menus were delivered, but no one returned to take our order. Prices are Manhattan-level, yet they had the audacity to add a credit card surcharge. They need more staff, better training, and/or an attitude adjustment. We won’t be coming back, and I’ll be telling my friends and neighbors to avoid it.
