One gentleman is a bit loud and talks a lot but he is very good at his job and a very nice person. The place gets cold in the summer and in the winter there is no windbreak and the air stays onno matter what the season. It may be on purpose but it is hard to tell. Overall it is a very good store kept clean including thebathrooms.

Ordered a large cappuccino and the cup was only half full. Poor service. Took 10 minutes for my order and 5 minutes to order. I forgot to scan my phone for rewards before paying so he cancelled the order and did it over so that I could redeem points despite the fact that he was busyand the store was closing soon. 10/10

Mind you, I never asked or requested anything special, a simple order of caramel macchiato, no extras. It seems to me that it's painful for them to smile. When I order, just now from uber eats, a grande coffee, i got it fast and I love that, but I ordered grande for a reason. They didn't bother to fill it up in the appropriate line.
