Momma's Family Restaurant - Oshawa

We have just come from Momma's and it was the best we've ever had today!!!! We have not had a bad meal there and the portions are huge! Feel so bad they are closing the end of August and hope they find a new place SOON! Best of luck in finding a place. The food is outstanding and you don't get a home cooked meal in too many places with excellent service and such friendly staff! We will keep going back until they close!

This is home cook cooking at it's best...... Used to go to Momma's every Saturday morning for breakfast and at least 2x a month during the week when I lived in Oshawa..... That was over 13 years ago since I moved to Sudbury..... Was at Momma's this past Saturday with a dear friend for breakfast............. Momma you still got it...... WOW.........

We haven't been here in a long while. We always had a good meal at momma 's so we gave it a try. Same great, friendly service and home cooked food. Reasonably priced, food was to our table in good time. The place had a good crowd with a steady flow of customers. Unfortunately the mall its in is in need of being reinvented.

Been going here for years. The Hot Hamburger Dinner is THE best anywhere.... Our family GO TO restaurant.

Waitress was pleasant and hard worker. service was fast. Coffee was good.No apparent efforts to improve the lighting and this makes the atmosphere dingy.The food is adequate in flavour but not worth recommending..just okay in my opinion. Food is cooked behind closed doors.The price was no bargain as all I had was a bowl of soup and a western with a coffee for just under $18.00 with the tip.Suggest they brighten up the placeNot recommended by me.Disappointing experience.
