Secondly, the staff working tonight from 7:30 to 8:00 PM (June 17, 2022) deserve a raise after handling what my family and I witnessed. We arrived to place our pizza order before doing our grocery shopping and walked in on a group that was verbally abusing the staff. Despite the situation, the staff remained calm and composed. I'm relieved to see that all the employees are okay and unharmed. I would suggest implementing better security measures for the staff in light of incidents like this one.

By 8:45 PM, I hadn’t received my order, so I drove to the restaurant to inquire... read more I placed an online order at 7:35 PM with an estimated delivery time of 8:05 PM. By 8:45 PM, I hadn’t received my order, so I drove to the restaurant to inquire about it. I showed them my confirmation email for the online order and even spotted the delivery driver on his way to deliver my food. Unfortunately, when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, and the drinks were incorrect. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the meal was not what we expected. Price per person was around $40–60.

Called right away and complained, the manager Jordan was useless and tried to tell me it was charcoal (charcoal would crumble not bend and be hard like plastic) then said it’s from the pans (if it’s from the pans, it’s clearly not for human consumption and you should be replacing your pans) refused to give me a refund and refuses to call back the owner, well who knows who that is, apparently he is also unable to be contacted. Absolutely disgusted and they should be shut down!!
