Norfolk Seafood and Takeaway - ORMEAU

The potato scallops were over cooked and tasted horrible The fish was raw on the inside an over done on the outer... Unfortunately it was up there with the worst Fish chip dinner we have ever eaten..

Unfortunately the seafood pack for two was inedible, oil obviously needs changing, seafood sticks with batter so thick the outside was overcooked and the Inside was not cooked and gluggy. Fish, 1 battered and 1 crumbed, again both inedible due to overcooked and off oil. I phoned to complain only to be told not to call back. No apology or anything. The worst fish and chips I have ever purchased. Don’t waste your money.

The fish was awful, the batter was so thick and gooey inside, staff were friendly and helpful but this was the worst fish and chips i've ever had

I bought food from here last night. Second time I've tried them. They're always polite efficient. The work environment is clean they appear to work well together. They get very busy with alot of big orders. I received my order in a timely manner discovered a few extra potato scallops...yay!! Nice crispy. Definitely recommend will go back.

Have gotten takeaway here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Good serve sizes and prices reasonable. Expect a long wait though so always best to ring ahead or order first then go and do your shopping at Coles. Don't want to rush them as they do such a good job!
