I chose one with a mushroom hummus, I think it was called mckinley. it was quite delicious, I ate it with a piece baguette. they have also cut fruits such as orange, grapefruits and whole, such as bananas and apples. they also have tortilla chips that are pretty good. the prices are quite high, but this is in the normal in an airport (the salat was quite small, but fill it costs 8.9€ . they have marked the vegan options clearly, with taking the baguette, it started the allergens and had no milk label.
