All in all not the best, but not the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.Pros- Quiet atmosphere- Many +30) fountain drink options- CleanCons- The fountain drink machine had a poor-quality touchscreen that was difficult to use- The food was lukewarm

I used to be a fan of Wendy's Chili Cheese fries, but my recent experience was disappointing. The fries were poorly made, with unmelted cheese, and I ended up getting sick after eating them. I used to frequent this location often, but I will not be returning after this experience.

Ordered through uber eats a chicken caesar salad. Came with no dressing, fork or croutons. Guess it takes a genius to remember these things as you're packing up the bag.

I live 5 minutes from this location and Possibly the worst Wendy’s in Ottawa , the manager there doesn’t know what he’s doing , if he had a brain he would be dangerous, always long wait times for simple orders I give up will never go back!!!!!!!!! You guys

Poutine gravy was brown water, burger was rubber and undercooked. Was pink inside, asked for a new sandwich and got another pink burger.Employees are super slow and have the glazed dead-inside eyes.Wont be coming back
