We had a terrible experience when we ordered the first night. By terrible, I mean, it was late at night with 4 hungry children and the food took longer than we were told. When it finally came, it was cold, but still tasted good. I called back to complain and the manager, Dave, apologized and cared for dinner for my family next night.
