House Of New York Pizza - Orlando

We had a terrible experience when we ordered the first night. By terrible, I mean, it was late at night with 4 hungry children and the food took longer than we were told. When it finally came, it was cold, but still tasted good. I called back to complain and the manager, Dave, apologized and cared for dinner for my family next night. He even personally delivered the food to make sure it arrived on time and warm in our hotel. The food tasted great. He made himself safe for the bad experience in the night before.
