Truthfully, i was rather impressed by the way that melissa ran the store. Its rare that you see a person with the ability to take calls for the drive through, prep orders in the front, and manage to provide a sweet and caring tone towards her customers. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Was standing in the drive thru speaker for more than 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Kept saying ?hello? and they just responded ?will be right with you?. There was nobody in front of us or in the restaurant. Still cannot understand why they kept us waiting. We ended up leaving. In the past weeks, they have been out of all bottled drinks, and last Sunday they did not have any sandwiches for breakfast. View all feedback.
This used to be my favorite Dunkin' because they made the best drinks but had to drop my rating because of the disgusting grill cheese they game me. I bit into it and it was horrible so I opened it to see the inside with burnt cheese and very little cheese at that. It tasted like melted plastic. The person that made it should have know better than to serve this to someone.

I am appalled by the behavior of the store owner Sergio and manager Alexis. I have never in my years have dealt or witnessed people who are disgustingly disrespectful to staff and customers. My son worked for this store for a year and has always accommodated the customers and his supervisors but due to a false report, he was terminated without a warning. Unfortunately, he is not the only employee to be mistreated. I cannot count the number of employees who have worked here and quit within a few weeks of working because of the mistreatment of Sergio and management. The entitlement that management and Sergio display is revolting. Threatening employees without reason, firing them without cause, insulting customers and employees and the list goes on. Customer Service by Sergio and management is non-existent. They will rather let teenage employees handle disgruntled customers. The store is rarely stocked with its products, may be up to par when it comes to cleanliness and always short staffed.
Becareful when you go after 6pm employee will not give you your change if you pay cash. Very disrespectful with foul language. I have a proof of this behavior towards me a regular customer who will no longer visit this location. To me what she did is called stealing.
Melissa showed amazing service and had a beautiful positive attitude early in the morning. I go to Dunkin daily and wish every Dunkin had a few Melissa's. Will definitely go to see her again at this location
