Church's Texas Chicken - Orlando

Fresh food and good customer service go to my lunch break.

Unfortunately, we must have gone on a bad day. The workers argue very loudly and argue with the manager. At least 3 customers (from the Drive-Thru) had to come in on their order due to missing or wrong things. I had two orders, one big one and one with a few things I had forgotten. The order was right, but everything was overcrowded. The Jalapeño bombers had nothing in them because they were cooked too long. Both boxes of chicken were hard and chewing. Usually this store has a good service and the food is good. I think it'll take a long time to reuse the church.

Very good customer service experience. The young man who took orders was very professional. Very clean. My only little complaint is that about cooked chicken. Well, it's either the chicken is boiled over or they have to replace the old frying oil for a new frying oil.

I decided to try the church tonight. great service at the theke huh was hot from the frit! I love the honey biscuits! I'm back!

Church's was great I normally visit Church's twice a year but it was so good and the family enjoyed it so much I'm going to be going back soon the staff was excellent very loud and a little of the hood but exciting,communicating among all the staff ,laughing and joking getting the job done timely doing a heck of a job moving customers in and out which I don't mind I'll give this particular location and A at this time!!!
