Chipotle has always offered vegan options, but they recently introduced a new vegan protein option called sofritas. I was hesitant to try it at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. The tofu had a firm texture reminiscent of chorizo and had a flavorful and mildly spicy taste. View all feedback.
