Recently every time I co... read more This used to be the best location near me so I would sometimes skip closer ones for a better experience but that is no longer the case. Recently every time I come here they get something incorrect in my order which is usually fine but tonight I stopped here on the way home and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When I got in line there was another car in front of me and him and who I'm pretty sure was the manager were having a conversation and then he motioned and the other car flipped around and got behind me which I thought was weird, then I paid and they started handing me food and I looked inside and it wasn't what I ordered and they didn't get my frosty so I waited for someone to come back and they were all just staring at me and then moved out of view of the window, I waited a little longer and they didn't ever come to ask if I had a question or was missing anything so I just left with the wrong food and went to another Wendy's location to get a frosty.

They did an amazing job. It was extremely busy when I came in but they were still able to get my food out to me relatively quickly and it tasted amazing. I thin... read more They did an amazing job. It was extremely busy when I came in but they were still able to get my food out to me relatively quickly and it tasted amazing. I think the only thing that I think they can improve consistency. I ordered a cookie and didn't get it and only realized after I left. Other then that the place is amazing

She was the only employee who wore gloves and changes them. While I waited for my food, I saw how she made the burgers, changed her glove, then proceeded to the fry station. This is how fast food should be. Clean with food quality and fast with customer service. Even how she worked, it was faster than the night manager. I mean, I waited 25 minutes until she who was making burgers notice the long wait and had to jump in on different positions to help. Would come back if she only does my entire order. Missing four other stars because the rest sucks even on management.

That pretzel pub chicken samdwich was great! The counter girl (forgot her name but she was awesome) even gave me lettuce to add. Lettuce is as important as the bread for me! They worked super efficiently to make my lunch and it was delicious. Askfor Ghost Pepper Ranch for your fries! It's way better than ketchup and has less sugar (I think). Thanks Wendy's South Provo.
