Taco Amigo - Orem

Usually love taco amigo but my bean and cheese burrito was cold in the middle.

6 years ago, my review was 5 stars. But now it's just OK. I've been there the last 3 times the tacos are always cold. I don't understand why that can't make it them at least warm. The meat must be set out all day then they add really cold cheese lettuce so that the meat ends up cold. It's not a one-time thing. It has happened every time I go in now. Something needs to change, or I'll never go back.

The Strawberry Shakes are so good. I love the service and how clean everything is.

I ordered a strawberry shake and a hard shell taco. The shake was delicious, but being $7 for a large, my wife and I decided to share it. While that’s comparable to prices at other places, it did feel a bit pricey for what we received. They offered to split the large shake into two cups, which turned out to be a decent portion for both of us. However, the taco was pretty average, and my taco shell was broken. This place is definitely more focused on ice cream. Next time, I think I’ll try a burger.

I ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Shake, but all they gave me was plain Oreos, and they weren’t even blended properly. All the Oreos were sitting at the bottom. I paid for the cheesecake flavor, but I didn’t get any of that. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes for such poor quality? They really need to improve. I understand it was late in the evening, but that shouldn't justify cutting corners or being lazy. This was a total waste of money.
