The service was excellent, and Bree was truly the best server I've ever encountered. I highly recommend asking for her!

They texted a wrong number! Then it took a long time to see the waitress and even longer to get our food. I guess ithad something to do with the Help Wanted sign at the entrance.

I checke... read more I typically don't write negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I placed a curbside order that was supposed to be ready at 4:08 PM. I checked in right on time, but I didn't call until 20 minutes later when my food still hadn't arrived. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, so I tried to be patient. However, when I called, they assured me my order would be right out, but I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. To top it off, they didn’t offer any compensation for the 40-minute wait. When I finally went inside to inquire about my food, I had to be quite assertive to get assistance. I would strongly suggest choosing a different Red Lobster if you plan on using curbside service. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but I decided to give them another chance. I won't be returning.

Nevertheless, the food was excellent,... read more Red Lobster is, as always, fantastic. This time, however, the waiter was quite slow and made a few errors with our orders. Nevertheless, the food was excellent, and I will definitely return. To update, the waitress we had tonight was wonderful. She made sure all our drinks were refilled (we were a table of nine) and brought out our appetizers and salads before the main course, even though we ordered at the same time. The service was exceptional!
