They texted a wrong numb... read more The food was great, as usual. The service was really slow. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait to get in, and they would text me. They texted a wrong number! Then it took a long time to see the waitress and even longer to get our food. I guess ithad something to do with the Help Wanted sign at the entrance.

We planned the dinner over open table and asked for priority sessions that were confirmed! we arrived and the hostess told us that they didn't do this and it wi... read more We planned the dinner over open table and asked for priority sessions that were confirmed! we arrived and the hostess told us that they didn't do this and it will take 20 minutes. then she continued to sit all that went into the door within 10 minutes while we waited 55 minutes, and she had to come and get our names back because she had forgotten. she never greeted people as they came in and would leave most of the time and let them wait. unnecessarily say. we will not be back!

I checke... read more I typically don't write negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience. I placed a curbside order that was supposed to be ready at 4:08 PM. I checked in right on time, but I didn't call until 20 minutes later when my food still hadn't arrived. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, so I tried to be patient. However, when I called, they assured me my order would be right out, but I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. To top it off, they didn’t offer any compensation for the 40-minute wait. When I finally went inside to inquire about my food, I had to be quite assertive to get assistance. I would strongly suggest choosing a different Red Lobster if you plan on using curbside service. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but I decided to give them another chance. I won't be returning.

Nevertheless, the food was excellent, and I will definitely return. To update, the waitress we had tonight was wonderful. She made sure all our drinks were refilled (we were a table of nine) and brought out our appetizers and salads before the main course, even though we ordered at the same time. The service was exceptional!
